| Lotus announced that the 2-Eleven joined the 8 Minute Club at this years Mt Buller Sprint. In it s five year history the Mt Buller Sprint has seen only 17 cars that recorded a sub-nine minute run. The Lotus 2-Eleven recorded a time of 8m:59s on only its second dry run.
